Role Description
We are hiring a full-time remote Social Media Manager to handle and grow brand presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter (X), and other relevant social platforms. The role involves strategy, execution, performance tracking, and community engagement.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow social media accounts on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter (X), and other platforms
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, shorts, campaigns)
- Handle paid and organic campaigns for brand awareness and lead generation
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and manage community interactions
- Track KPIs, analyze performance, and prepare regular reports
- Collaborate with content, design, and ads teams for campaign execution
- Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices
Qualifications
- Strong Social Media Marketing & SMO skills across multiple platforms
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- 2–4 years of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing
- Experience in content strategy, scheduling, and performance optimization
- Knowledge of social media tools, analytics, and digital marketing trends
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple brands/projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is an added advantage
