The Product Manager analyses India sensors and meters market trends & requirements to define clear product specifications for a product family, which is positioned to have competitive advantage acid gain high market share. The Product Manager is responsible for the product range life cycle management and quality assurance. He /she need to manage projects to develop new products, and to ensure successful market introduction including derive launch plan, preparing datasheet. marketing documents and conduct product training. Supposing sales organization to achieve sales & growth targets. In this position, the product focus is on the Sensors & Meters product.
What You'll Do
- Understands market trends, drivers, challenges and needs to best prioritize, draft and execute business plans leading to premier solutions in the market.
- Derive strategic product plans based on market knowledge and opportunities for growth
- Manage the product lifecycle from market introduction to discontinuation.
- Developing and deploying the new product launch and market introduction plan; works collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop the necessary communications regarding each of the products, including but not limited to technical, marketing and sales documentation.
- Receives new product requests; works with market management to understand competitor offerings, pricing, marketing, how product will benefit the company, cedes and standards, etc.
- Maintains and communicates with Asia Pacific countries and HQ
- Product lifecycle management (creation, maintenance, revision, retirement), understanding build/buy/partner options for their programs, articulating business value for investment needs
- Work with sales and marketing implement strategies/ tactics.
- Work with content development resources on all build projects to ensure a common vision and support the development effort.
- Lead the product launch/change process {readiness, logistics, pricing, communication, etc.)

Who You Are
Educational Requirement:
- Major in Automation or HVAC engineering
- Bachelor degree or above
Working Experience:
- More than 4 years working experience in HVAC industry or related field, especially in Sensors & Meters
- Strong experience in TEM and sales support
Special Requirements:
- Good command o1 written and spoken English Proficiency in computer operation and work-related applications (especially in US Office)
- SAP and GRM knowledge of advantage
Personal Requirements:
- Persuasive ability and ability to interface with customers, suppliers on a professional level
- Thinking and acting in consideration of networked structures
- Skill in evaluating risks and making decisions accordingly.
- Good Communication and Interpersonal skills
