Role Overview Envision Horizons is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Associate to join our Client Services team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone eager to learn the ins and outs of e-commerce and digital marketing while supporting top brands on Amazon. You’ll play a key role in supporting our Account Managers with day-to-day operations, client communication, and project coordination.

How You’ll Make An Impact

Assist Account Managers in preparing meeting agendas and capturing key action items
Provide daily updates and communicate with client brands via Slack and email
Coordinate creative briefs between clients and internal creative teams
Support tactical tasks such as inventory tracking, product listing updates, and data entry
Help monitor client account performance and flag issues or opportunities
Organize and maintain project documentation and timelines
Participate in internal team meetings and contribute to process improvements
Perform other administrative and support tasks as needed to ensure exceptional client service

What Sets You Apart

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or Microsoft Office
Eagerness to learn and take initiative

Preferred:

Internship or prior experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or agency environment
Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central or marketplace platforms
Experience with Slack, project management tools, or creative briefing
