ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for driven, self-motivated Business Developers who want to earn based on performance, not limits. This is a pure commission role designed for closers who are confident in selling value, building relationships, and closing premium deals.
If you are entrepreneurial, target-driven, and serious about income growth, this role gives you the platform, tools, and product to scale your earnings.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Identify, engage, and acquire new business clients
- Sell premium marketing and authority-positioning packages
- Conduct outbound calling, WhatsApp engagement, and virtual meetings
- Build and manage your own sales pipeline in the CRM
- Present proposals and close deals consistently
- Follow up professionally and manage client relationships
- Report weekly on activity, pipeline, and results
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition
- Proven ability to close deals and work on commission
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
- Target-driven, disciplined, and highly accountable
- Advantage: experience selling marketing, advertising, media, or professional services
