We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented junior Executive - Account Management to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone looking to develop their career in the ad-tech industry and understand the nuances of digital marketing, strategy, and ad operations. You will be responsible for managing key accounts of the company and also be involved in supporting the planning, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns, as well as overseeing the data operations and trafficking to ensure smooth and efficient ad delivery across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Account management:
1. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by acting as the main point of contact, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
2. Identify opportunities for account expansion and upselling, while ensuring client retention by addressing concerns, resolving issues promptly, and delivering consistent value.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects, monitor progress, and provide clients with regular updates to meet their expectations and deadlines.
B. Campaign management & strategy:
1. Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing strategies.
2. Collaborate with senior team members to define campaign goals, target audiences, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
3. Monitor the performance of live campaigns, provide regular reporting, and assist in optimizing campaigns to meet objectives.
C. Data operations & analysis:
1. Support data collection, tracking, and reporting to ensure all campaign metrics are accurately captured and analysed.
2. Create and maintain reports on campaign performance, identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization.
3. Work with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.) to extract actionable insights and communicate findings to stakeholders.
D. Ad operations & trafficking:
1. Oversee the setup, trafficking, and troubleshooting of digital ad creatives across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Display Networks, etc.).
2. Ensure that ad creatives are delivered on time, meet technical specifications, and are compliant with platform guidelines.
3. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth campaign trafficking and execution.
4. Conduct quality assurance checks on creative assets to ensure they display correctly across all devices and platforms.
E. Collaboration & support:
1. Work closely with cross-functional teams (Creative, data, strategy) to ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives.
2. Support the campaign team with day-to-day tasks, including scheduling, reporting, and troubleshooting.
3. Contribute to internal meetings and brainstorming sessions to enhance campaign performance and overall strategy.
Skills & qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, data science, or a related field (or equivalent experience) (MBA, Mtech, MSc is a plus.
2. Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data to extract insights and make recommendations.
3. Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Display Networks) and ad trafficking systems.
4. Basic understanding of campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
5. Knowledge of the MS Suite with good presentation skills and working understanding of Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
6. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
7. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
8. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
9. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Additional qualifications (Bonus ):
1. Knowledge of Video and CTV advertising.
2. Digital ad trafficking tools (e.g., DV, TTD, Amazon DSP, Xandr, Sizmek, or other DSPs).
3. Knowledge of ad servers like GAM/GAM360.
4. Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or similar tracking tools.
5. Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for troubleshooting creative issues.
