Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Accounts & Finance Manager to handle end-to-end accounting, taxation, and financial operations for our construction business. The role involves balance sheet finalization, statutory compliance, coordination with government authorities, and ensuring accurate financial reporting in line with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Finalization of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and supporting schedules
Handling end-to-end accounting and finance operations independently
Preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation)
Income Tax compliance, including TDS, advance tax, and return filing
Coordination with Chartered Accountants, Auditors, and Consultants
Liaising with Government offices (GST, Income Tax, PF, ESI, etc.)
Maintaining books of accounts as per statutory and internal requirements
Managing construction-specific accounting, including project-wise costing
Ensuring timely closure of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts
Supporting audits and resolving audit queries efficiently

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of Accounting, Taxation, and Compliance
Hands-on experience in GST & Income Tax filings
Exposure to construction industry accounting is mandatory
Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems and MS Excel
Ability to independently manage accounts and finance functions
Strong coordination and communication skills
Detail-oriented with good analytical abilities

Preferred Candidate Profile

Semi-qualified CA / CA Inter Appeared / CA Dropout
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
Prior experience in construction or real estate sector
Based in or willing to work in Navi Mumbai
