•Meet the sales target, which would reflect in the pdca of Budget vs Actual sales
•Increasing sales in Value Added Glass (VAG) which in turn would facilitate the growth in VAG
•Reduce Deviation and gaps in collection figures
• Ensure reconciliation of all active customer accounts as per defined norms
•Manage high value accounts and key influencer accounts and identify key people within these accounts who influence glass purchase and build strong relationships with them
•Identify key people within key external influencer accounts who influence glass purchase and build strong relationships with them
•Seek customer feedback and facilitate redressal of any complaints/ issues
•Tap intro wider resources and skills within own organization to develop client/ partner solutions.
•Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of product
•Supply of samples and promotional material to customers
•Identify and implement development initiatives for self and team(if any) in order to improve overall team capability.
•Conduct PDCA approach (Gap Analysis) of set Targets vs Actuals monthly MIS of sales
•Collect information about competitors activities prices, service and market share, and suggest course correction where applicable
