Enterprise SaaS Account Manager
with a strong track record of driving
revenue growth
via upsell, cross-sell, and renewals in India (Primarily North)
What we need from you:
- 4–8+ years
of experience in
B2B Account Management / Key Accounts / Enterprise Sales
.
- SaaS / IT / Softwares / Cloud / Martech
selling background - not generic sales.
- Proven track record of handling
large enterprise accounts
with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong skills in upselling, cross-selling, renewals, and farming.
- Hands-on with CRM tools (Salesforce / HubSpot / Zoho).
- Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills.
- Based in or willing to relocate to
Gurgaon

What you’ll do:
- Own and grow relationships with CXOs and senior stakeholders.
- Retain and expand revenue from existing accounts via
upsell & cross-sell
.
- Map accounts thoroughly and build strong multi-level connects.
- Manage the full sales cycle - from pitch to closure.
- Drive customer satisfaction and renewals.
- Create and execute account growth plans with leadership.
- Negotiate & close deals to maximize profitability.
