Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and client-focused
Account Manager
to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and nurturing strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to drive growth and retention.
This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive mindset to deliver exceptional client service and maintain long-term business partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the
primary point of contact
for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Develop a strong understanding of client goals, business models, and success metrics.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships to drive
client retention and account growth

- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, product, and marketing) to deliver solutions effectively.
- Manage and track client accounts, deliverables, and project milestones.
- Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Handle client escalations and resolve issues efficiently.
- Regularly analyze client performance metrics and prepare review reports.
- Maintain accurate documentation and CRM records for all client interactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0–3 years
of experience in
account management, client servicing, or customer success
roles.
- Excellent
verbal and written communication
skills.
- Strong
relationship-building, negotiation, and problem-solving
abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with
CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data-driven decision-making.
- Comfortable working independently in a
remote environment
.
Good to Have
- Experience working in
SaaS, technology, or digital services
companies.
- Understanding of
B2B client lifecycle management
.
- Exposure to
account expansion, renewals, or project coordination
.
- Familiarity with
reporting tools and customer engagement analytics
.
