Job Description – Sr. Sales Executive (MRO & Industrial Automation)

Role Summary:
Responsible for driving sales growth by acquiring new customers, managing existing accounts, preparing quotations, and closing deals for MRO & Industrial Automation products. The role involves active customer engagement, follow-ups, and coordination with internal teams for smooth order execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop new customers and business opportunities in assigned territory
Handle inquiries, calls, emails, and prepare competitive quotations
Follow up to close orders and achieve monthly/annual targets
Manage customer relationships and conduct regular client visits
Promote MRO & Industrial Automation product portfolio
Coordinate with purchase, logistics, and accounts for order execution
Support payment follow-ups and maintain accurate sales records
Key Skills:
Strong communication & negotiation skills
MRO / Industrial Automation product knowledge
B2B sales experience and customer handling
Target-oriented with strong follow-up abilities
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate (Engineering / Commerce / Business); MBA preferred
5–7 years experience in MRO / Industrial Automation / Engineering Sales

Pay: ₹13,219.12 - ₹44,448.57 per month
