Untraceable Order & Currency Tracking – Identify, investigate, and resolve untraceable orders and currency-related discrepancies.
Refund Processing – Manage and process all customer refunds accurately and within defined timelines.
Payment Gateway Reconciliation – Perform regular reconciliation for payment gateways including PayU and Razorpay to ensure transaction accuracy.
Bank Reconciliation – Conduct bank reconciliations for HDFC (A/c 106), ICICI (A/c 4247), DBS, and verify HDFC 237 payment entries.
Ticket Resolution – Address and resolve finance- and payment-related tickets in coordination with internal teams.
Chargeback Management – Handle chargebacks end-to-end, including documentation, follow-ups, and dispute resolution with banks and gateways.
