(Front office Executive)
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES – FRONT OFFICE
1. Communication & Coordination
- Attending phone calls, addressing complaints and enquiries, and conveying important information.
- EPABX phone handling (incoming and outgoing).
- Coordinating with HR regarding applications, candidates, and administrative functions.
- Coordinating with various departments for smooth office operations.
2. Courier & Documentation Management
- Managing courier updates (inward and outward).
- All filing activities, including:
- Accounts filing
- Logistics coordination
- Personal work-related tasks
- Visa-related documentation
- Boarding passes
- Tasks related to CESC, phone, vehicle, and donations
- Scanning and organizing documents.
- Uploading all photos into designated folders on the drive and maintaining a proper tracking sheet.
3. Office Administration & Maintenance
- Maintaining stationery items and monitoring usage.
- Assigning tasks to peon staff.
- Attendance book maintenance.
- Library book Excel sheet maintenance.
- Overseeing office and home-related services such as:
- Cleaning
- AMC services
- Window cleaning
- Pest control
- Car insurance
- Aqua guard services
- Office furniture maintenance
4. Meeting & Facility Management
- Conference room booking for employees and management meetings.
- Managing phone directory and address book (Excel sheet).
5. Inventory & Other Utilities
- Conducting stock counts for pantry items, toiletries, and stationery.
- Handling gas bookings.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,338.50 per month
Work Location: In person
