Sales Executive – Commercial Print SolutionsRole Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and selling our full suite of printing services (Digital, Offset, Large Format, and Packaging). The ideal candidate is a "hunter" who can navigate the local market, understand client technical requirements, and deliver tailored print solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Proactively identify and engage new B2B clients (marketing agencies, corporate offices, retail brands, etc.) through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
- Consultative Selling: Analyze customer needs and provide expert advice on paper types, printing techniques, and cost-effective solutions.
- Account Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and high satisfaction levels.
- Quoting & Estimating: Coordinate with the production team to provide accurate price quotes and timelines to clients.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor pricing, and new printing technologies.
- Project Oversight: Act as the liaison between the client and the production department to ensure jobs are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the printing, packaging, or advertising industry.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with offset, digital, and wide-format printing processes is a major plus.
- Communication: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Drive: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Tech Savvy: Ability to use CRM software and basic design knowledge (understanding of bleed, CMYK vs. RGB, and file formats) is helpful.
