Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, and other channels to generate new leads.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess fit and interest level.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and demos for Account Executives or Sales Managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and pipeline in the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted campaigns.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs and lead generation goals.
- Research target accounts and understand buyer personas to tailor messaging.
- Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge.
- Requirements:
- 6 months-1 years of experience in inside sales, SDR, or lead generation, appointment generation in a B2B environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong phone presence and ability to engage prospects in conversation.
- Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently.
- Ability to handle rejection and persist through objections.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
