Sales Executive – HR Tech (Remote | Freelance / Contract)
Job Description
We are looking for a Junior Sales Executive to support the growth of our HR Tech platform by acquiring new clients such as job boards, job aggregators, ATS and recruitment-related websites.
This is a remote freelance collaboration with a fixed monthly compensation plus performance-based commissions, ideal for candidates who are results-oriented and comfortable working with targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and contact potential partners in the HR Tech ecosystem
- Present our solutions to job boards, aggregators and recruitment platforms
- Support early-stage sales conversations and close new business
- Assist during the initial onboarding phase
- Hand over acquired clients to the Account team
- Maintain a basic sales pipeline
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales or business development
- Experience in HR Tech, recruitment platforms or job boards is a strong plus
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Ability to work remotely as an independent contractor
Compensation
- Fixed monthly compensation: ₹20,000
- Performance-based commission: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per new active client
- No cap on commissions
- Monthly payments
