The Role: Sales Executive
We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Executive to focus on Residential Interiors. The ideal candidate will possess robust market connections and a demonstrable history of successfully securing residential interior projects. This critical role encompasses the entire client lifecycle: lead generation, building and managing client relationships, negotiating and closing sales, and coordinating actively through to project handover.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables (KRAs)
- Business Development: Generate leads for residential interior projects through strategic market networking, referrals, and leveraging existing connections.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain strong, productive relationships with key stakeholders, including homeowners, builders, real estate brokers, architects, and channel partners.
- Consultative Selling: Identify and understand specific client requirements, coordinating closely with the internal design team to propose optimal interior solutions.
- Sales Cycle Management: Conduct compelling client meetings, necessary site visits, professional presentations, and diligent follow-ups to effectively close deals.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets for residential interior projects.
- Client Coordination: Serve as the primary client contact point throughout the sales and initial execution coordination phases.
- Contract Finalization: Support and manage negotiations, pricing discussions, and final contract execution.
- Internal Handoff: Ensure a smooth and detailed transition of confirmed projects to the design and execution teams.
- Reporting & Analysis: Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, prepare regular sales reports, and update management on lead status, conversion rates, and forecasts.
- Market Intelligence: Remain current on industry market trends, competitor strategies, pricing dynamics, and evolving customer preferences.
Candidate Profile: Skills & Competencies
- Exceptional ability in sales, negotiation, and closing complex deals.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of residential interior design services, processes, and typical project workflows.
- Proven capability to establish trust and develop lasting client relationships.
- A self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly results-driven work ethic.
- Proficiency in managing multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: 4–5 years of demonstrable success in residential interior sales or a closely related role within the real estate or interior industry.
- Network: A strong, established network and market connections specifically within the residential interiors or high-net-worth homeowner segment.
- Process Mastery: Extensive experience managing the complete sales cycle, from initial lead generation to successful deal closure.
- Education (Preferred): A Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a cognate discipline is preferred.
Desirable Attributes (Good to Have)
- Prior experience working specifically with interior design firms or turnkey project execution companies.
- Working knowledge of interior materials, finishes, basic costing, and bill of quantities (BoQ) structures.
- Familiarity and experience with CRM software tools and systematic sales reporting.
- A collaborative spirit with the ability to work effectively alongside design and execution teams.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh
