Role Objective:
Own revenue growth across PCD, manufacturing, franchise, and third-party sales channels. This role is accountable for lead generation, deal closure, partner onboarding, and sustained business expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive end-to-end sales for PCD pharma, contract manufacturing, franchise onboarding, and third-party/private label business.
* Identify, qualify, and convert distributors, franchise partners, institutions, and bulk buyers.
* Pitch product portfolios, pricing models, MOQs, and commercial terms.
* Negotiate agreements, finalize orders, and follow up on payments.
* Coordinate with production, regulatory, logistics, and accounts teams.
* Track competitor activity, pricing, and market demand.
* Maintain MIS reports, sales pipeline, and forecasts.
Key KPIs:
* Revenue targets achieved
* New partner onboarding
* Order conversions
* Collection efficiency
* Territory expansion
Skills & Competencies:
* Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills
* Knowledge of PCD and contract manufacturing models
