Our client is seeking an experienced
Sales / Business Development Professional
with a strong background in selling to
Healthcare, Life Sciences, and pharmaceutical
organizations. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to
bring in new clients
, expand existing relationships, and drive revenue growth within these domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting
Healthcare, Life Sciences, and Pharmacy
organizations.
- Leverage existing industry relationships to generate new business opportunities.
- Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
- Build strong, long‑term relationships with decision‑makers including CIOs, CTOs, Directors, and Procurement teams.
- Collaborate with internal delivery, technical, and leadership teams to ensure successful onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings (virtual or onsite as needed).
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of proven sales
experience selling into Healthcare, Life Sciences, or pharmaceutical clients.
- Demonstrated success in bringing new clients and expanding business within existing accounts.
- Strong understanding of Life Sciences domain needs, including regulatory environments, R&D workflows, clinical operations, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- Strong pipeline management and CRM proficiency
