Seeking for a Business Development Manager/ Sales Leader/ Director – Robotic Mowers to lead the expansion of client’ outdoor robotics business by developing and managing a high-performing network of OPE dealers and distributors across the United States . This role focuses on driving market share, building strong dealer partnerships, delivering product training and demonstrations, and accelerating the adoption of GOAT robotic mowers in both residential and commercial segments.
This role is for our GOAT robotic lawn mower business. We’re specifically looking for an industry expert with prior experience at relevant brands, with a strong focus on dealer development and expansion .
Ideally, highly familiar with our client product categories, including robotic vacuums, robotic lawn mowers, and Winbot, autonomous outdoor equipment, or connected devices within the broader consumer electronics space.
Key profile highlights include:
• Experience in the commercial OPE (Outdoor Power Equipment) industry, preferably in sales, dealer development, or territory management. Leaning for more OPE with BD in retail spaces
• Established relationships with OPE dealers and distributors in the US (strong preference for Southeastern US network).
• Deep expertise in Consumer Electronics, with proven sales experience across major U.S. retailers such as
Walmart, Costco, Best Buy, Target, Amazon, Sam’s Club, Staples, Office Depot, Home Depot
• Strong capability in driving retail performance through data- and fact-based sales drivers, supporting both emerging and established brands
• A proven sales leadership approach focused on building long-term, win-win partnerships between brands and retailers
• A clear, structured account management methodology , grounded in trust and continuity, with demonstrated success even through frequent buyer changes
• Experience leading teams and developing channel and go-to-market strategies that consistently deliver above-market performance
