About the Opportunity:
Since 2003, this team, a division of a larger software provider, has specialized in scheduling, management, and membership solutions for sports, health, and fitness facilities worldwide. Their software-as-a-service offerings help companies streamline operations, improve staff efficiency, and increase profitability.
Responsibilities:
• Contact at least 80% of inbound leads via phone or email with immediate, proactive outreach
• Serve as first point of communication for prospects through sales calls, emails, and online chat
• Present product offerings effectively and respond to client needs with good judgment
• Provide excellent customer service by listening and offering helpful solutions
• Develop and implement creative marketing ideas to improve outreach and increase bookings
• Manage time and prioritize tasks to ensure personalized attention for all leads
• Persistently follow up while maintaining a positive attitude
• Manage sales team schedules and distribute leads evenly
• Participate actively in marketing and sales team meetings
Requirements:
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Dependable, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
• Customer service experience preferred but not required
• Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Salesforce proficiency preferred but not required
