About the Role
Mastering My Destiny is seeking a Sales Development Specialist to support structured digital outreach and engagement initiatives within our media and education division.
This role is suited to professionals with experience in client-facing or sales-adjacent positions who are comfortable working remotely, following established workflows, and contributing to measurable performance outcomes within a distributed team.
You will work with defined systems, tools, and daily activity expectations to support lead engagement and pipeline progression.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to inbound enquiries using approved communication tools
- Follow structured engagement workflows across phone and digital channels
- Maintain accurate activity records and CRM updates
- Participate in scheduled team alignment and performance review sessions
- Execute daily outreach and follow-up tasks in line with role expectations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support campaign objectives
Required Experience & Skills
- Background in sales, customer service, hospitality, real estate, or similar client-facing roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently within defined systems and processes
- Confidence using online platforms and digital tools
- Reliable time management and task completion skills
