Sales Development Representative
Location: San Francisco

The market is pulling us forward, and we are looking to find a SDR who know how to hunt, build pipeline, and drive. outbound motions.
What You’ll Do
- Be the first point of contact for new prospects - qualifying inbound leads and running creative outbound outreach
- Book meetings and spark conversations with senior technology leaders (CTOs, VPs of Eng, DevOps)
- Run discovery calls to understand customer pain points and position our value
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to refine messaging and go-to-market strategy
- Build pipeline, hit activity goals, and directly fuel revenue growth
- Learn the foundations of SaaS sales while preparing to grow into an AE role as the team scales

- 6 months - 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or another customer-facing role (SaaS/tech preferred but not required)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to both technical and business audiences
- Self-starter with grit, resilience, and persistence in prospecting
- A curious mindset and eagerness to learn about AI, developer tools, and startup growth
- Ambition to grow quickly and take on more responsibility
- Hybrid work opportunity in San Francisco (3 days onsite)
