This is not enterprise CCTV selling. This is operator-first, problem-driven selling with fast pilots and clear ROI.
The Role
We’re hiring an SDR who already knows how multi-location businesses work and has sold into them before.
You will own outbound and early inbound and help us consistently start qualified, pain-driven conversations.
This is a senior SDR role: we expect judgment, not just activity.
Who You’ll Be Selling To
- Owners / Founders of 10–40 location chains
- Heads of Operations / Regional Managers
- Occasionally Loss Prevention / Safety roles
What You’ll Do
- Run targeted outbound (email + light LinkedIn) to multi-location operators
- Use short, problem-focused cadences (not mass blasting)
- Personalize outreach based on store count, role, and operational reality
- Qualify prospects based on real operational pain
- Book demos grounded in specific use cases (shrink, safety, service, accountability)
- Capture and share objections, language, and pilot appetite
- Work closely with GTM leadership to refine messaging and pilot framing
What Success Looks Like in the First 90 Days
- Confidently speak the language of multi-location operators
- Consistently book demos with qualified operators
- Generate pilot-ready opportunities
- Provide clear, actionable market feedback
Must-Have Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- 2–5 years experience as an SDR or similar role
- Direct experience selling to multi-location businesses (restaurants, retail, fitness, franchises, services)
- Proven ability to engage operators, founders, and heads of ops
- Strong written communication (clear, simple, no buzzwords)
- Comfort running outbound independently
- CRM discipline (we love HubSpot) and follow-through
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in ops-tech or SaaS for physical locations
- Exposure to restaurant, retail, or franchise operations
- Experience with pilots or proof-of-value motions
What This Role Is Not
- Not entry-level
- Not enterprise SDR work
- Not volume-based spray-and-pray
- Not a “book meetings and disappear” role
