Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) Manager, located in Manhattan, NY, with the flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The SDR Manager will oversee and lead a team of SDRs, set goals, develop metrics, and drive performance to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include creating and implementing sales development strategies, coaching and mentoring team members, monitoring key performance indicators, and collaborating with marketing and sales teams to align outreach efforts. The ideal candidate will ensure continuous improvement and foster a high-performing and motivated team environment.
