Customer Account Manager at BairesDev

In this role, you'll be a key point of contact for a portfolio of clients. Your focus will be on ensuring their satisfaction, maintaining strong relationships, and identifying potential risks to support client success.

What You'll Do:

- Manage day-to-day client interactions and regular check-ins.

- Monitor client satisfaction and escalate concerns as needed.

- Track updates and maintain client records.

- Support coordination with internal teams.

- Contribute to client retention efforts.

What we are looking for:

- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing roles.

- Understanding of software development or technology services.

- Experience managing multiple accounts.

- Willingness to travel occasionally.

- Advanced level of English.
