Now Hiring: Healthcare Sales Hunter – Business Development

Remote | 1099 Independent Contractor | 6-Month Contract

Lila Medlink is a fast-growing healthcare recruiting and staffing firm connecting hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities nationwide with top clinical talent. We are expanding and seeking an experienced sales professional who thrives on opening new accounts, closing deals, and building long-term client partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and open new healthcare facility accounts
• Generate leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, networking, and outreach
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers
• Meet and exceed new client and placement targets
• Collaborate with recruiting and leadership teams
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide market feedback

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of healthcare sales and business development experience required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Healthcare, Business, or related field a plus)
• Proven hunter sales mindset with strong closing skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Staffing or recruiting sales experience is a strong plus

Position Details

• 1099 Independent Contractor
• 6-Month Contract to hire
• Remote
• Base plus commission compensation
• Starting pay from $35,000 per year, plus commissions
