Overview
Inspire High is an award-winning virtual educational program that connects students to the real world. We are one of the fastest-growing EdTech startups in Japan, serving more than 300 schools and 70,000 students. As we expand into the United States, we're looking for an part-time Inside Sales Representative with a proven track record of making high-volume outbound calls and successfully booking meetings to support a focused outreach push.
Your responsibility is to call schools, reach the right stakeholders, and book initial meetings for our internal team.

Working Hours:
8am-12pm Eastern Time, Monday to Friday
*This is a one-month contract role to start.
What You’ll Do:
-Make high-volume outbound cold calls to U.S. middle and high schools
-Navigate school front offices and identify the correct stakeholders (DEI leads, Global Program leads etc.)
-Deliver a short, clear introduction to our program
-Book initial meetings with interested schools for our team
-Follow up with stakeholders via email as necessary
-Log call outcomes, notes, and meeting status accurately in HubSpot
-Manage your time and follow-ups effectively to reconnect with schools at the right time of day or week
Requirements:
-Proven experience cold calling and booking meetings, preferably in a B2B / education context
-Demonstrated track record of successfully booking meetings
-Comfortable making 40+ outbound calls per day
-Confident, friendly, and professional on the phone
-Resilient — not discouraged by voicemail, gatekeepers, or rejection
-Highly organized and detail-oriented
-Native or bilingual proficiency in English (spoken and written)
Strongly Preferred:
-Prior experience calling K–12 schools
-Background in EdTech, education sales, or school-facing outreach
-Experience using CRM tools, preferably HubSpot
Compensation:
$20–$25/hour , depending on experience and performance
