The Role
As an
Account Manager / Renewals Specialist
, you’ll own the
ongoing relationship and growth
for a portfolio of Vecteezy customers. Your focus is on ensuring account health, driving renewals, identifying upsell opportunities, and helping customers achieve maximum value from our platform.
You’ll operate in a collaborative, metrics-driven environment where proactive engagement, account strategy, and long-term impact are key.
What You’ll Own
- Manage a portfolio of existing customers to maximize retention and renewals
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to understand client needs and drive value
- Identify and execute upsell and expansion opportunities
- Monitor account health metrics and address potential risks proactively
- Partner with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to improve adoption and engagement
- Maintain clean, accurate account records in HubSpot with disciplined CRM hygiene
- Advocate for customer feedback internally to influence product and service improvements
- Continuously optimize account strategies and engagement approaches

- Maintain high account retention and customer satisfaction levels
- Identify and act on expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Ensure all account and customer data is up to date in HubSpot

Sales Motion & Activity Expectations
- Conduct regular account check-ins and strategic business reviews
- Manage renewal cycles and ensure timely contract execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize customer success and adoption
- Track and escalate potential churn risks proactively
- Document all account interactions and updates in HubSpot
How We Measure Success
- Retention Rate:
Minimize churn across assigned accounts
- Renewal Revenue:
Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly renewal targets
- Expansion Revenue:
Identify and close upsell or cross-sell opportunities
- Customer Satisfaction:
Ensure high NPS, engagement, and adoption metrics
- CRM Accuracy:
Maintain a complete and organized account record
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing B2B accounts, renewals, or customer success portfolios
- Strong consultative, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Comfortable owning revenue from existing accounts
- Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools (HubSpot preferred)
- Strategic mindset with attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- High ownership, accountability, and results-driven attitude
- Thrive in collaborative, fast-moving, evolving environments
