Role Summary

StreamlineIQ helps businesses capture more leads and automate operations using AI. We are a fast-growing AI automation agency looking for driven sales representatives to bring our AI receptionist and automation solutions to new clients.

This is a commission-only role with uncapped earning potential, designed for self-motivated individuals who want to grow quickly in sales.

Responsibilities

Prospect and reach out to businesses
Qualify prospects and identify operational pain points
Present and sell StreamlineIQ’s solutions
Assist with product demos and informational sales calls
Handle objections and move deals forward confidently
Maintain basic CRM updates and deal tracking
Build long-term client relationships to support recurring revenue

Compensation

Commission-only role with uncapped earnings
Additional residual commission (up to 20%)
No salary or hourly pay
Flexible schedule with no minimum required hours

Qualifications

Strong communication skills
Comfortable with cold outreach and handling objections
Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
Able to work independently in a remote environment
Coachable and open to learning sales systems
Sales experience is a plus, but not required
No degree required
