Our mission is to help businesses scale their output without scaling their headcount. We are looking for a relentless, tech-forward Account Manager to lead our expansion.
The Role
This is not a maintenance account management role. We are looking for a Sales Representative who thrives on the hunt. You will be the face of Strata52, responsible for identifying new business opportunities, networking with high-level decision-makers, and evangelizing the power of AI-driven process optimization.
The ideal candidate is a natural connector who can walk into a room and immediately identify how a business is leaking time and money, then present a compelling vision for how Strata52 can fix it.
Compensation
- Base Salary:
$50,000 to $70,000 per year (depending on experience).
- Commission:
Uncapped commission structure.
- Total Earnings:
First-year earning expectations are $150,000 or more.
What You Will Do
- Prospect and Close:
Proactively identify and qualify new leads through outbound prospecting, networking, and social selling.
- Consultative Selling:
Move beyond features and functions to sell high-level business outcomes. You will diagnose complex business bottlenecks and propose AI and automation solutions.
- Relationship Architecture:
Act as a natural connector, building a deep ecosystem of partners, influencers, and clients within our core verticals: Construction, Real Estate, Professional Services, SaaS, and Manufacturing.
- Evangelize AI:
Stay at the forefront of AI trends. You must be able to passionately articulate how AI is a fundamental shift in business efficiency.
- Account Growth:
Once a client is onboarded, you will continue to manage the relationship, identifying new areas within their business where Strata52 can add value.

You do not just use AI; you believe in its ability to revolutionize the workforce. You are an early adopter of new tools and technologies.
- Experienced:
You have a proven track record in Enterprise Software Sales or Managed Service Provider (MSP) Sales. You understand the long-term value of service-based tech solutions.
- Strategic Communicator:
You can speak the language of construction with a foreman and discuss efficiency with a CFO in the same afternoon.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales (SaaS, Tech Services, or MSP preferred).
- Demonstrated experience in outbound prospecting and territory management.
- Strong understanding of CRM tools and sales automation.
- An existing network within one of our core industries is a major plus.
