Providing daily, subscription-based, and bespoke geopolitical and threat intelligence services.
- Training:
Training intelligence analysts for corporate environments, focusing on tradecraft and tools for efficient analysis.
- Online Platform:
Offering a subscription-based online portal with expert analysis, curated datasets, and data visualization tools.
- Consulting:
Developing and improving intelligence programs, from needs assessment to analysis and recruitment.
- Embedded Analyst Services:
Providing clients with full- and part-time embedded analysts, trained to ERI's standards and continually developed by ERI's senior leadership.
Position Overview:
ERI is seeking to hire a full-time Sales Development Representative to be based in the US. The role is ideally suited to a proactive, ambitious individual with a passion for geopolitics and security. The SDR will demonstrate the personality traits essential for a sales role: tenacity, autonomy, resilience, collaboration and excellent communication skills. This position will provide crucial training and mentoring to build the requisite skills needed to become a successful sales professional in the risk intelligence space. In addition to the sales training, the SDR will be given corporate intelligence, analysis, tradecraft and writing training to understand how our clients apply security intelligence techniques to a business environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in driving sales and business development initiatives across the Americas region.
- Develop relationships with new clients, ensuring their needs are met.
- Conduct research to identify new sales opportunities and target markets.
- Conduct outreach to ensure that the sales pipeline is maintained at the required level at all times.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Director and Business Development team to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.
- Support the Commercial Director & Business Development team in various administrative and programmatic tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject (e.g. International Relations, Politics, Journalism, War Studies etc.). .
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
