UX Designer - Enterprise
This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.Who We Are:

What You'll Do
- Gather and evaluate UX requirements from Product Managers and Development Engineers
- Translate requirements into user flows, wireframes, sitemaps, and interaction models
- Create high-fidelity mockups using Figma and related tools
- Collaborate with front-end engineers during implementation
- Iterate designs based on feedback and usability findings
- Ensure alignment with usability, accessibility, and design standards
What You Need to Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- 4–7 years of professional UX / Product Design experience
- Experience designing B2B or enterprise software products
- Exposure to IT domains such as Networking, Cloud, Compute, Storage, or IoT
- Engineering or technical background preferred
- Front-end development knowledge is a plus
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of UX principles and interaction design
- Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools
- Good communication skills in English
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
