Job Title: Business Development Executive (INHOUSE)

About the Role:

Sharda Associates is seeking a results-driven professional to manage our front-end client interactions. In this role, you will be the "Face of the Company," responsible for nurturing and converting prospective clients who interact with us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Interaction: Manage all incoming communication through Calls, WhatsApp, Emails, and Video Conferencing.

• Sales Conversion: Consult with prospective clients, understand their needs, and close deals.

• CRM Management: Ensure all client interactions are logged and tracked efficiently.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi).

• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) and Canva.

• Grit > Experience: We value attitude and the ability to learn over years on a resume.
