Position Summary:

We’re looking for driven Account Managers , who will be responsible for end-to-end delivery management, client engagement, and stakeholder coordination across Implementation Partners, ensuring quality execution and long-term partnerships.

💡 What We’re Looking For

5–8 years of experience in delivery and Account Management for Implementation Clients

Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills

Experience in IT staffing on Contractual Staffing

Ability to manage multiple requisitions without compromising quality

Comfortable working with cross-functional and cross-time-zone teams

✨ What You’ll Be Doing

Act as a day‑to‑day SPOC for clients, hiring managers & SI division

Manage requirement intake, prioritization & timelines

Own end-to-end recruitment delivery for assigned accounts

Collaborate with internal recruiters to ensure quality submissions & smooth workflows

Provide regular status updates, pipeline visibility & insights
