POSITION NAME : Business Development Executive 1

About the Role:
We are looking for passionate and proactive Business Development Executives who can drive partnerships, B2B collaborations, with institutes across India. The role involves identifying and onboarding institutes , managing relationships with faculty and placement cells, and ensuring smooth execution. This position is ideal for someone who loves networking, pitching impactful initiatives, and creating large-scale opportunities for students and institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
● Identify and connect with edtech institutes for partnerships.
● Pitch development programs to placement heads, TPOs, and college management.
● Schedule and conduct virtual/in-person meetings and presentations with decision-makers.
● Build and maintain a database of partner institutions and maintain CRM updates.
● Drive registrations
● Coordinate with the internal operations & marketing team for event execution and promotional materials.
● Ensure target achievement in terms of number of colleges onboarded and revenue generated per workshop.
● Maintain long-term relationships with colleges and training partners for recurring engagements.
● Collect feedback and testimonials to improve program quality and outreach effectiveness.
● Facilitate MoUs and partnership agreements with institutions.
● Prepare daily/weekly reports on outreach, conversions, and event outcomes.
Key Skills & Requirements:
● Excellent communication and presentation skills (English & Hindi).
● Strong networking and relationship-building ability.
● Experience in B2B Sales, Institutional Sales, or College Outreach (preferred but not mandatory).
● Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized with strong follow-up skills.
● Basic understanding of EdTech / Career Development / Workshop-based businesses is a plus.
● Proficiency in MS Office / Google Suite / CRM tools.
