We are seeking a proactive Lead Generation Executive to join our Inside Sales Team, specializing in VoIP Communication Platforms and AI-driven Virtual Agent Solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential customers across global markets, building a healthy sales pipeline, and supporting revenue growth for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
· Prospect Identification:
o Research and identify potential clients through online channels (LinkedIn, email, CRM data, and industry directories).
o Build and maintain lists of target companies in sectors such as IT, Telecom, BPOs, and Enterprises using large-scale communication systems.
· Lead Qualification:
o Initiate cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to key decision-makers (CXOs, IT Heads, Operations Managers, etc.).
o Understand customer pain points related to communication infrastructure, automation, and customer engagement.
o Qualify leads based on defined parameters and schedule product demos for the sales team.
· Campaign Management:
o Execute outbound lead generation campaigns using CRM and marketing automation tools.
o Work closely with the marketing team to follow up on inbound leads and event-based campaigns.
· CRM & Reporting:
o Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM.
o Track and report weekly/monthly lead metrics (calls made, emails sent, qualified leads, meetings booked, etc.).
· Collaboration:
o Coordinate with the Inside Sales, Pre-Sales, and Technical Teams for proposal creation and demo coordination.
o Provide feedback from the market to help refine value propositions, campaigns, and messaging.

Requirements & Qualifications:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree
· Experience:
o Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B lead generation or inside sales (preferably in VoIP, SaaS, AI, or IT solutions).
o Familiarity with VoIP products (SIP Trunking, PBX, Call Center Solutions) and AI platforms (Virtual Agents, Chatbots, Automation) will be an advantage.
· Skills:
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (spoken & written).
o Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar).
o Strong research, analytical, and cold-calling abilities.
o Goal-oriented with a proven ability to achieve lead generation targets.
