We are looking for an Key Accounts Manager that will handle the following :
- Managing KEY Customer activity for Pan India customer covering IFF and Global accounts . review monthly performance of each KA , meet follow up on volume improvement with customer / Trade and Global SA team .
- Weekly review / CRM updates/ assigning target in discussion with KA .
- Coordination with trade for allocation on all vessels. Explore new business opportunities with IFF / KA
- Meeting SA/ IFF for F2F meeting / monthly and quarterly reviews .
- Filing / rating of KA , internal queries resolution with Trade / BU or SA Global team
- Resolving external or internal dispute in an unbiased manner.
- Generation of export lead from the other end.
- Setting the KPI and overlooking if the same is adhered.
- Ensuring that the accurate projections for each KA ( SA ) as per the contract commitments are provided to CF team .
- Promoting / Selling value added service to the customer.
- Timely update and address to all concerns of KA/ SA
Requirements:
You will need to have :
- Should be having following degree – Graduate /Post Graduate/MBA
- Minimum 6 years’ experience.
- Good knowledge of Market
- Good in soft & communication Skills.
