Job Title: Sales Development Representative (Mental Wellness Solutions)

About the Role
We are seeking a unique professional who combines the analytical mind of a behavioral scientist with the drive of a high-performing sales executive. In this role, you will be the bridge between our mental wellness solutions and corporate leadership. You won't just be selling a product; you will be consulting with HR leaders to transform their organizational culture and employee well-being.
Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Prospecting: Identify and connect with key decision-makers (CHROs, VPs of HR, Wellness Leads, and People Operations) within target corporate segments.
• Consultative Selling: Leverage your psychological background to understand organizational pain points and position our mental health solutions as essential business drivers.
• Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term partnerships with HR leaders, moving beyond transactional sales to become a trusted advisor.
• Workshop Facilitation: Design and lead introductory wellness workshops or webinars for prospective clients to demonstrate the value of our programs.
• Pipeline Management: Manage the end-to-end sales funnel, from initial outreach and discovery calls to proposal drafting and closing.
• Market Intelligence: Stay updated on trends in organizational psychology, employee engagement, and the evolving corporate wellness landscape.
Required Qualifications & Experience
1. Educational Background:
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related field. A strong understanding of human behavior is non-negotiable.
2. Clinical/Counseling Experience:
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Counselor or Therapist. You must possess the empathy and active listening skills required to handle sensitive conversations around mental health.
3. Sales Experience:
• Minimum of 1 year in a core Sales role, specifically selling:
• Learning & Development (L&D) programs.
• Employee Engagement solutions.
• HR Tech or similar corporate-facing services.
• Proven track record of navigating the HR stakeholder landscape and meeting sales targets.
4. Cumulative Experience:
• 3 to 5 years of total professional experience.
Skills & Competencies
• The "Psychologist's Edge": Ability to use behavioral insights to handle objections and build deep rapport.
• Corporate Presence: High level of professionalism and confidence when presenting to C-suite executives.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (essential for both sales pitches and workshop delivery).
• Resilience: The grit required for sales, balanced with the emotional intelligence of a mental health professional.
