Role Overview

We are hiring an Analyst to support and grow our network of Telegram-based deal partners. These partners run their own deal channels and contribute significant business to EarnKaro.

As an Analyst, you will be responsible for managing a segment of these Telegram partners—helping them grow, solving their queries, guiding them on how to use internal tools, and ensuring a smooth partner experience. This is a partner-facing role that requires strong communication skills, patience, and a problem-solving mindset. Prior understanding of Telegram deal groups is preferred but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Telegram Partner Management

• Manage day-to-day communication with assigned Telegram deal partners
• Help partners set up and use EarnKaro tools such as Profit Link, Link Generator, and Analytics Dashboard
• Share success tips and updates to improve campaign performance and earnings
• Ensure timely resolution of partner queries, escalations, and technical issues via WhatsApp or calls

Growth & Enablement

• Guide partners on best practices for product selection, audience engagement, and offer sharing
• Track partner performance regularly and identify improvement opportunities
• Share new deals, brand updates, and content ideas to improve conversions

Operational Excellence

• Maintain performance logs and communication records
• Coordinate with internal Ops and Tech teams for smooth tracking, payouts, and reporting
• Collaborate with growth and influencer teams to meet targets

What We’re Looking For

• 0–2 years of experience in growth, account management, creator support, or operations
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
• Comfortable interacting with creators/partners over calls, WhatsApp, and Telegram
• Basic understanding of Telegram deal channels (preferred)
• Strong ownership mindset, empathy, and a proactive attitude
