Role Overview:
We’re hiring a
Business Development Manager
to own the sales cycle end-to-end, working closely with the
AVP of Sales
. You’ll engage directly with
enterprise clients
, drive deals from prospecting to closure, and ensure smooth coordination between Sales and Customer Success. This is a high-ownership role with real impact on how we scale revenue and grow the business.
What the role entails:
— from lead generation and pipeline strategy to deal closure and handover.
through networking, outbound outreach, and strategic conversations, including enterprise stakeholders
, creating pitch decks, demos, and tailored solutions by deeply understanding client requirements and our product capabilities
by building long-term client relationships and recommending the right solutions, including customisations where needed
, managing handovers across Sales, Customer Success, and other stakeholders
, owning sales MIS, reporting, and continuous optimisation
by keeping up with evolving products, markets, and technologies
Desired candidate profile:
in sales and/or operations, preferably in a fast-growing environment
- proactive in identifying problems, taking initiatives, and driving solutions end-to-end
with fluency in spoken and written English & Hindi
who can juggle competing priorities without compromising on quality
, equally comfortable working independently and as part of a team
and adapts quickly to change
