About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in the medical devices distribution sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding the company’s footprint within hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities
· Sales & Business Growth
· Identify and develop new business opportunities for medical devices and healthcare products.
· Achieve sales targets and market share objectives within the assigned territory.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including doctors, surgeons, procurement teams, and hospital administrators.
· Provide product demonstrations, presentations, and technical support to healthcare professionals. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and after-sales service.
· Develop and implement territory-wise sales strategies to increase penetration of products.
· Work with marketing teams to plan promotional campaigns, workshops, and training sessions.
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts through CRM tools.
· Prepare weekly/monthly reports on performance, opportunities, and competitor activities.
Key Requirements-
· Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
· Thorough knowledge of the Territory & Customers in Dehradun/Neighboring towns
· 2–3 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in medical devices sales & distribution.
· Strong knowledge of the healthcare/medical device market and regulatory environment.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
· Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Preferred Skills-
Prior experience working with hospitals, diagnostic labs, and clinics.
Familiarity with government tenders, institutional sales, and distributor management.
Ability to understand technical specifications of medical devices and explain them to non-technical audiences.
