Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Create and execute business development strategies to increase market share.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Understand client needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements.
- Serve as the main point of contact for key clients and handle escalations effectively.
- Sales Management:
- Oversee the sales team, set performance goals, and monitor their progress.
- Provide coaching and training to sales representatives to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Develop sales pitches, proposals, and presentations for potential clients.
- Revenue Growth:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate revenue.
- Negotiate and close deals with potential clients.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to align efforts and improve the overall sales process.
- Coordinate with senior management to ensure business goals are met.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
