Renee Cosmetics is looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive Sales with prior experience in Pharmaceutical or Dermatology sales to expand our market presence.
Position: Business Development Executive
Location: Ahmedabad
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage business with dermatologists, pharmacies, clinics, distributors, and retailers
- Drive secondary sales and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and onboard new accounts
- Execute product launches, promotions, and in-store activities
- Build strong relationships with key customers and channel partners
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Maintain accurate sales reports and territory data
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 1–5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical / Dermatology
- Strong understanding of doctor detailing and prescription-driven sales
- Interest or exposure to color cosmetics / skincare / derma brands
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and field-sales driven
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting
