Key Responsibilities
- Promote a portfolio of specialized hospital products across infection control, oncology safety, and tracheostomy care.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including doctors, department heads, biomedical engineers, infection control teams, and purchase authorities.
- Conduct product demonstrations, sampling, and training sessions with clinical teams.
- Identify and convert key accounts in corporate chains, tertiary hospitals, and government institutes.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to position products effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment, tender participation, and after-sales support.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 years of field sales experience in the healthcare/medical device industry.
- Prior experience working with corporate hospitals and/or government medical institutions is mandatory.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Karnataka.
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, or related fields preferred.
