We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Experience Centre Manager to lead the daily operations of our Experience Centre. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, showcasing our products, and building strong relationships with prospective clients. You will play a key role in driving sales, managing the team, and ensuring that the showroom environment is sophisticated, inviting, and aligned with our brand values.Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Experience Management:
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience by guiding visitors through the product displays and offering expert advice on interior design solutions.
- Understand customer needs and assist them in selecting suitable products and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to increase sales and customer loyalty.
- Operational Management:
- Oversee daily operations of the Experience Centre, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and staff coordination.
- Ensure all products and displays are well-maintained and updated regularly to reflect current trends and innovations in the interior design industry.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, providing prompt and effective solutions.
3. Sales & Marketing:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services, driving foot traffic to the Experience Centre.
- Set sales targets and implement strategies to achieve them.
- Monitor sales performance and implement improvements to enhance business growth.
- Organize and participate in events, workshops, and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and engage potential clients.
4. Team Leadership:
- Lead, train, and manage a team of showroom staff, ensuring they provide a high standard of customer service and product knowledge.
- Foster a collaborative and positive working environment, encouraging professional development and motivation.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback for staff development.
5. Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), sales figures, and customer feedback.
- Analyze customer trends and feedback to improve the Experience Centre offerings and operational efficiency.
6. Brand Representation:
- Ensure that the Experience Centre consistently reflects the brand’s image and values.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and design innovations to ensure the Experience Centre remains relevant and competitive.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sales and marketing acumen.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Pay: ₹45,482.65 - ₹50,913.16 per month
