Job Description:

As a Tile Sales and Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales, expanding customer relationships, and promoting our tile products in both the residential and commercial sectors. Your role will involve engaging with customers, generating leads, closing sales, and developing marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and product demand.

Key Responsibilities:

· Sales Development: Identify new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with clients, and close sales deals.

· Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a strong understanding of tile products, including various types, designs, and uses, to educate customers and provide solutions tailored to their needs.

· Customer Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing communication with clients, ensuring they are satisfied with products and services. Handle any inquiries or issues in a professional manner.

· Marketing Strategy: Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including online promotions, social media engagement, and in-store displays to increase brand awareness.

· Market Research: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to adjust sales and marketing tactics.

· Sales Reporting: Track sales performance, provide regular reports, and meet/exceed monthly sales targets.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the construction, interior design, or home improvement industry.

· Strong knowledge of tile products, flooring, and design trends is a plus.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred, but not required.

· A passion for interior design or home renovation is a plus!
