Role Summary
We are seeking a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support business growth at LendExIn. This role is focused on identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective clients across the US mortgage and real estate ecosystem and generating high-quality opportunities for the sales leadership team.
The ideal candidate will understand the US mortgage and lending landscape, possess strong communication skills, and be motivated to build long-term B2B relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and research potential clients including US lenders, servicers, banks, real estate investors, and institutional partners.
- Execute outbound outreach through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and industry platforms.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on business needs, decision-making authority, and readiness.
Client Engagement
- Clearly articulate LendExIn’s value proposition across:
- Mortgage Origination & Servicing
- Servicer & Sub-servicing Solutions
- Real Estate Investor & Consumer Solutions
- Reverse Mortgage & Commercial Lending
- Understand client pain points and align them with LendExIn’s AI-powered, transparent lending solutions.
- Schedule discovery calls, demos, and meetings for senior sales and leadership teams.
CRM & Pipeline Management
- Maintain accurate records of leads, outreach activities, and follow-ups in CRM tools.
- Track lead status, conversion metrics, and sales pipeline movement.
- Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and leadership to ensure seamless handoffs.
Market & Industry Awareness
- Stay updated on US mortgage trends, servicing regulations, investor guidelines, and lending market dynamics.
- Identify new business opportunities within mortgage servicing, MSR portfolios, correspondent lending, and institutional partnerships.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in SDR / Inside Sales / B2B Sales, preferably in:
- US Mortgage
- BFSI
- Real Estate Services
- Mortgage BPO / KPO
- Strong understanding of the US mortgage lifecycle and lending ecosystem.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage US-based stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a US shift and a target-driven environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience selling or supporting Mortgage Servicing, or Investor Solutions.
- Exposure to institutional or B2B financial services sales.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
