Role Overview
We are looking for a Client Servicing Executive who will act as the key point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth execution of projects, timely communication, and strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal creative, strategy, and production teams
- Understand client requirements and translate them into clear briefs for internal teams
- Manage day-to-day client communication, updates, and feedback
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure on-time delivery
- Ensure work quality aligns with client expectations and brand guidelines
- Track project progress and flag risks or delays proactively
- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and reports for clients
- Support senior team members in managing accounts and upsell opportunities
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in client servicing/account management (agency experience preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Good understanding of branding, digital, and marketing workflows
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
