Key Account Manager – Electronic Components Distribution

About the role:
Build the Sales Engine of a Global Electronics Platform. We are building a focused, high-trust global operation in the independent electronic components market, serving OEMs, EMS providers, and industrial buyers across the US, Europe, and Asia.
This is a precision business operating in the hardest corners of the supply chain: obsolete, end-of-life (EOL), and hard-to-find electronic components where deals are won through execution, not company logos
We are looking for a commercially sharp KAM who understands this market deeply and wants to play a central role in scaling a serious international sales operation from India.

What You’ll Do:
- Own and grow a portfolio of 50+ active global accounts, primarily across the US and Europe
- Drive cross-border sales across EMEA and North America with full deal ownership
- Leverage your existing customer network to unlock new revenue and long-term accounts
- Close big-ticket international deals involving complex sourcing and risk profiles
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers sourcing obsolete, EOL, and shortage components
- Navigate shortages, allocations, and lifecycle constraints with speed and accuracy
- Position and sell value-added services that includes testing, inspection, and inventory support
- Track pricing trends, market shortages, and lifecycle changes proactively
- Collaborate closely with sourcing, quality, logistics, and finance to execute clean deals

What We’re Looking For
- 4–5+ years in independent electronic components distribution
- Proven experience managing 50+ active customer accounts
- Strong exposure to international sales (US / Europe preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to close large, cross-border transactions
- Hands-on experience working through shortages, allocations, and EOL sourcing challenges
- Comfortable using CRMs such as Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools
- Solid understanding of electronic components and global supply chains
- Background in Electronics / Electrical Engineering or Sales / Business Development
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Self-directed, commercially sharp, and trusted with sensitive information
- Most importantly, you own outcomes. You move fast, close decisively, and figure things out without handholding
