Job description
Role: Accounts Executive / Sr Executive
Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Shift: Brazil Time Zone (Starting 3 PM or 4 PM India time)
About the Opportunity
This is a remote accounting role with a reputed Indian MNC, having its business operations in the Brazilian market. You will work from India but support the India/Brazil finance team.
This role is ideal for CA or CA-Inter professionals who want international exposure while working from home.
What You Will Do (Role Details)
As an Accounts Executive, you will support the finance and accounting operations of the Brazil business unit.
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Day-to-Day Accounting Work
- Passing accounting entries, maintaining books of accounts,
- Various reconciliations and
- Tracking invoices, payments, and expenses
2. MIS & Financial Reporting
- Preparing monthly MIS reports,
- Supporting P&L/ balance sheet/cost reports,
- Data compilation for management review and helping in budgeting and forecasting reports.
3. SAP Operations
- Working on SAP (mainly FICO module), posting transactions, running reports
- Supporting audits and finance closing activities
4. Compliance & Coordination
- Supporting statutory and internal audits, ensuring proper documentation
- Working closely with the Indian and Brazilian finance teams
- Coordinating across different time zones
Who Should Apply
This role is suitable if you have:
- CA or CA-Inter qualification
- 2 to 6 years of experience in accounting, finance, MIS, or back-office roles
- Good knowledge of Excel and financial reporting
- Experience or exposure to SAP (especially FICO)
- Willingness to work Brazil shift timings
- Strong attention to detail and an ownership mindset
